Can I continue later the 3D modelling of my product? Is it possible?
Certainly there may be a product customization that takes more time. In this case, if something comes up and you want to continue later the 3D customization you can save your product with the 'Save my Design'.
It is important that if you are not a registered user the saved product may disappear when you leave.
Therefore we strongly recommend to sign in to your own account before you begin the modeling of your customized products, so you can continue your saved product customization at any time.
I would ask my friends, what to change, or like it?
Uncertain before the final decision, want your friends’ opinion about your individual product? After signing in save product into 'My Saved Design' and then 'Share your design with friends’.
By sharing your customized product not only get help from them giving their opinion but you can give them new creative ideas to use customized 3D modeling and printing.
Why is „My Saved Design” list useful?
Saving the product has several useful functions:
You can save those designs you liked but you do not want them to order immediately.
If you do not have time for product customization by saving you can store it for a later time and then continue with the planning. To do so please sign in to your account!
By sharing your saved products you can give and get ideas from friends.
Using “My Saved Design” function you must be signed-in to your account! By using “My Saved Design” function you are under no obligation to purchase.
I would like to reorder again an already fulfilled unique product order. What to do?
Lost your product or want to give it to others?
Since these are customized products, so directly from the website are not available. If you wish to order it again, please contact us giving the order ID and the name of the product and the number pieces you wish to order again.
Soon will contact you and - if possible - the order will be confirmed again.
What can I do if I'm not receiving e-mails from Manubim?
After you sign up and place an order, you should receive a variety of emails from us, which also can include newsletters, Order and Return Confirmation or 3D printing status, etc. emails and any responses from our team. There may be a number of reasons why you're not getting these from us.
Your email software may be marking our emails as junk mail. To stop this from happening, please add email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book.
Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed in with us. Just sign in to your account (if you can remember which email address you used) to check this.
Check that you’ve agreed to receive our newsletters emails. When logged into your account, click 'Subscribe / unsubscribe to newsletter' section and make sure the relevant boxes are ticked to receive emails.
