What happens if my order can't be manufactured (3D print)?
Due to the complexity of the 3D printing technology it may occur that an order cannot be processed (3D printed) because the digital reality is not always feasible on a one in reality.

Missing item from order, what to do?

Can I get back the purchase price for my customized product?
Custom products produced using the 3D product configurator are manufactured exclusively to your request and design - with 3D printers - after your order.
If, in such a case, we would accept the right of withdrawal and repay the purchase price for a custom product of your own worth, then it could no longer be sold to anyone else as it is for prefabricated mass products.
Thus, based on Section 29 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.). (1)., you cannot claim back the purchase price for customized products.
